DTP Mobility Scooter Warranty

DTP offers a complete one year warranty on factory defects for all of our mobility scooters including parts and labor. Warranty service can be performed by a dealer authorized by DTP. If needed DTP will be more than happy to find a servicing technician for you. Do not return faulty parts to DTP without prior consent. If your servicing dealer examines the scooter and determines it is a factory defect, DTP will ship a new part and pay the labor involved to handle the repair. We have 24 hr technical support and nationwide service department ready to handle all of your warranty needs. Travel time and transportation costs for outside service calls are not covered by the warranty. Only pre-authorized labor will be paid. To qualify for reimbursement, all defective parts and pre-authorizations must be returned to DTP under pre-paid shipping terms NO LATER than 30 days following completion of the repair. If any defective parts are not returned to DTP within the 30 days following the repair completion, the cost of the replacement parts will be charged to the dealer account.
