(MUST HAVE CONFIRMED PayPal ADDRESS) All Payments are Made through PayPal. Cashiers Checks or Money Orders will also be accepted. The Process for this is once the Check has cleared the Bank then items will be Shipped and not before. All PayPal Members must have comfirmed addresses. Any addresses that come back uncomfirmed we will automaticaly refund your Payment until the Address has been Confirmed. This Protects both the Customer and the Seller.

Shipping for ScooterX is Done by FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and Others. Our Larger Scooters, ATV's, Dirt Bikes, and Go Karts From SUNL, MDI and Others are shipped LTL Freight. Finding the best Price and company will help keep down the Prices and help get you your item Quick and Safe. If your item comes Damaged, You will need to report it ASAP or refuse it if you notice it before it leaves the Truck. Scooter Outfitters nor ScooterX is responsible for Damaged or Lost Scooters. The Shipping Companies will not accept Boxes from us if they are Damaged or beat up and Torn. All Items are in excellent shape before leaving the warehouse so Please do not blame damaged or Lost Shippng on the Seller. Contact Shipper if item comes Damaged ASAP

ScooterX's 30 day bumper to bumper Warranty
 

Many of our items carry a 90 Day Warranty, but all ScooterX Scooters carry a 30 day warranty. Some Items will be marked with the warranty on them which will specify a 1 Year Warranty such as the Valley Pool Tables. If your not sure you can always ask us.

ScooterX's 30 day Warranty covers any part on the scooter that is factory defective. Meaning if something is mechanically wrong with your product we will take care of it by sending out replacement parts. If something comes broken or missing from package we will send a new part to you immediately. The warranty covers anything that is wrong or goes wrong withing 30 days of purchase date.
 
How do we handle the warranty?
 
- If you have a technical issue such as engine wont start, brakes dont work, etc.. we suggest reading our tech support page or watching our tech support videos. If you still have issues with your product after reading the tech support page you can call 702-889-1741 ex 2. This is our tech support line open mon-fri 8am to 4pm pacific standard time.
 
- If you have a broken or damaged part please fill out the warranty form and we will send you a new part. Click here to file warranty claim online
 
Whats not covered under warranty?
- Tire tubes that get punchured from driving. If the tube is flat the day you get your product do to manufacturer defect we will replace it. If you get a flat because something punchured the tube while driving this will not be covered under warranty.
 
What will void my factory warranty?
- If the product was sold for under 15% of MSRP
This one is self explanitory. If the product was sold for less than 15% of the prices you see on this website we will offer you no warranty.
- Misuse and abuse
Misuse example: You didnt put any 2 stroke oil in your gas and you blew up your motor. Warranty void on motor, all other parts on scooter will still be warrantied.
Abuse example: You crashed your product and broke it. Warranty void on broken parts
Abuse example 2: You are jumping your item and something breaks, warranty void.
 
Return Policy
We do not take returns once gas has been poured into the tank Plus there is a 15% Restocking Fee on all New Returns. you have an Electric model Scooter we will not accept a return once its been used.

If an Item is requseted for Return you must first obtain an RI # Authorization (Return Item Number). No Item will be accepted nor will Scooter Outfitters nor ScooterX be respnsible for the item if you mail back an Item without an RI # Authorization. 15% Charge for Restocking will be Taken out upon Refund of the Item once we have received it back undamaged. We will Not accept back items that were Damaged by Shipping Company. If Item is Damaged upon arrival than Item must be reported as Damaged or Refuse acceptance of Item before it leaves The Truck.
